Technical Project Manager at Waterside Engineering

Waterside Engineering is now looking for a technically interested and engaged person who, as a project manager, wants to drive projects within water treatment and sustainable technical solutions, from ordering to installation and service. An exciting role in a young and growing company with the opportunity to also participate in development projects within the environmental and water sectors.
About the Role
In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will hold a central position where you are responsible for driving projects from concept to finished solution. You will also coordinate service efforts, corrective actions, and installations, which means a varied daily routine involving both planning and operational responsibility. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring that both projects and ongoing efforts are carried out efficiently and with high quality. You will receive strong support from a quality-conscious and cohesive team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive technical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate service, corrective actions, and installations
- Plan resources, timelines, and activities
- Handle purchasing and orders
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure quality
- Participate in dialogue with customers
- Identify improvements and contribute to the development of working methods and designs
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine technical interest and is driven by understanding how things work
- Is engaged, curious, and takes initiative
- Thrives on taking responsibility and developing in your role
- Has experience from a more practical background (e.g., technician, installer, operations, or similar) and has taken steps toward more responsibility, meaning you are both practical and driving
- Are structured but flexible in your working methods
- Want to help build and develop the business
- Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues
Qualifications
- Technical education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in driving or coordinating technical assignments
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Desirable Experience
Experience in:
- Vehicle washing
- Industrial processes
- Water treatment
- Water and wastewater (Wastewater Management)
- Service management, installation, or field work
- Previous responsibility for projects, teams, or customer dialogue
