DEKRA is now looking for a Quality Lead for their initiative within Quality Assurance & Engineering. The goal is to help clients reduce risks in projects and supply chains through quality assurance, supplier management, technical verification, and project support.

The role may involve quality assurance, supplier management, technical verification, manufacturing follow-up, and project quality. You will step into assignments where your experience makes a difference, often when the client needs to create structure, develop action plans, or ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle.

This is a role with significant autonomy. You will work closely with the client's operations, in dialogue with both operational functions and decision-makers. In addition to the technical work, you will contribute to identifying new opportunities, understanding the client's challenges, and developing the offering forward. This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of technology, quality, and business, and are motivated by building something long-term.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience from industrial environments.
• Experience in QA/QC, supplier quality, or project quality.
• Experience in supplier management, supplier development, or manufacturing follow-up.
• Experience working closely with clients in technically demanding environments.
• Experience from sectors such as process, energy, defense, manufacturing industry, or welding production.
• Good ability to communicate with both operational staff and management teams.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience with expediting, FAT/SAT, PED, OFP/NDT, or welding-related issues. Competence in IWE or IWT is also considered valuable.

Scope: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediately, taking into account any notice period
Location: Including Karlstad, Örebro, Västerås, Gävle, or Stockholm.
