Who we are looking for

We are now looking for you who want to work closely with complex systems – where it is not just about making things work here and now, but ensuring they last for many years to come.

In this role, you will work with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), system safety, and maintenance planning. An important part of the job is also understanding how systems are used over time, for example by developing operational profiles and working with analyses related to LCC (Life Cycle Cost). The goal is to find solutions that are sustainable, reliable, and cost-effective throughout the entire lifecycle.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Previous ILS experience
• A university/college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience from industries with very high demands on availability and reliability, such as defense, automotive, rail, or aviation industries

We also place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for you who want to develop. You are someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, takes personal responsibility, and is accustomed to working towards set goals. You are genuinely interested in technology and keep up with trends. You are innovative and enjoy collaborating with others.

Additionally, this position may require you to undergo a security clearance based on current security protection regulations. For positions requiring security classification, additional requirements for Swedish citizenship apply.
