At Spendrups, we are now looking for an engaged and strategic Investment Project Manager for our brewery in Grängesberg. Here you will have the opportunity to lead the development of our investment portfolio and work closely with production, logistics, and management in a company with strong confidence in the future!

About the role

As an Investment Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving long-term investments, primarily at our facilities in Grängesberg and Hällefors. Your assignment includes project management of investments with both operational and strategic horizons within our industrial operations.

You work with the entire investment process – from needs analysis and prioritization to implementation and follow-up. The goal is to ensure efficient and sustainable development of our facilities, in line with market needs, replacement investments, and productivity targets.

You are part of the Business Development and Project team within Supply Chain and report to the team leader.

Main responsibilities

• Drive investment projects from feasibility study to implementation.
• Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, maintenance, occupational health & environment, and finance.
• Contribute to developing and coordinating our long-term investment portfolio.
• Ensure that investments support the company's strategic goals and create long-term value.
• Follow up on projects regarding time, cost, quality, and effect.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in project management within industrial investments – preferably from the food, brewing, or process industry. You have good technical understanding, are structured, and have a clear business mindset. You thrive in a role where you both lead projects and drive strategic development in collaboration with many different functions and competencies.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant university education, e.g., in engineering, industrial economics, or similar.
• Experience leading larger technical or industrial investment projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to create engagement.
• A solution-oriented and responsible work approach.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
