About the Role

Do you want to help build the energy systems of the future – with strong local roots and a clear societal mission? Here, you work close to reality, where decisions make a difference for people, businesses, and the development of the entire region. We develop and strengthen both local and regional grids, focusing on sustainable and well-thought-out solutions.

We are now looking for you who want to take on an important role in the work with engineering and preparation – and who simultaneously have a passion for quality. You provide support to project managers and the organization by reviewing, quality-assuring, and further developing technical solutions. With your expertise, you act as a reliable and knowledgeable partner who ensures that projects maintain the right level, follow guidelines, and are feasible in practice.

Here, you will have significant responsibility and freedom to plan your work, while being a central part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support are a natural part of everyday life. Your work makes a real difference – both locally and for the development of the entire region.

You will work on projects within both local grids and regional grids (0.4-145kV), which gives the role an exciting breadth.

Main Responsibilities

• Engineering and preparation of electricity grid projects within local and regional networks
• Reviewing technical solutions and documentation from other engineers/preparers as needed
• Acting as technical support and sounding board for project managers
• Ensuring that projects follow current standards, requirements, and guidelines
• Contributing to the improvement of working methods and quality in deliveries
• Participating in the team's joint development and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a University College degree or higher education in electrical power, energy technology, or electrical engineering
• Have experience in engineering/preparation within electricity grids
• Have good knowledge of local and/or regional grids
• Are confident in reviewing and quality-assuring the work of others
• Have a structured approach to work and an eye for detail
• Thrive in a role where you collaborate and support others
• Are reliable and create trust
• Communicate clearly and have the ability to give constructive feedback
• The position requires communication skills in Swedish, both written and oral
