Arqly takes responsibility for the entirety of the project and its surroundings. We plan, lead, and coordinate all steps, from early stages to completion. We are particularly skilled at leading large, complex projects, but we also frequently work on smaller projects. Always with the same commitment.

We now want to strengthen our team in Dalarna with an Architect or Building Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an Architect or Building Engineer with a focus on design. You have experience in producing construction documents, as well as experience working in other phases, and have a good understanding of the construction process. We work with a mix of clients in both the public and private sectors. We carry out assignments ranging from large industrial projects to group housing, schools, and residential buildings.

Formal Requirements

• You are educated as an architect or building engineer
• You have at least 8 years of experience as a consultant with a focus on producing construction documents and tender documents
• You have very good knowledge of Revit
• You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy collaborating with others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in customer contact and ability to build good relationships with clients and partners
• Experience from industrial projects
• Experience from school projects
• Experience in design management
• Experience in writing descriptions/specifications
• Expertise in accessibility

Start: According to agreement

Location: Ludvika or Borlänge

Salary: Individual salary setting
