About the Role

We are currently recruiting industrial workers for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The workday may vary and include several different tasks depending on the department. Examples of duties include assembly, machining, material handling, machine supervision, welding, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are common.

The position of industrial worker is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent employment contract for the right candidate. There are various shift patterns within the operation, ranging from permanent day shifts and permanent night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift systems. Below is an example of the 5-shift system; other shift patterns are structured similarly, with each shift period spanning one week.

Example of 5-shift system:

  • Week 1 (AM+Weekend): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00
  • Week 2: Off
  • Week 3 (PM): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00
  • Week 4 (Night+Weekend): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00
  • Week 5: Off

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious and engaged, with a strong desire to learn and develop. You thrive both working independently and in close collaboration with others. You are detail-oriented, practical, and work in a structured manner with a clear focus on quality. For you, quality and safety are an integral part of your daily routine, and you take responsibility for ensuring your work is performed correctly and according to given instructions. Additionally, you have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Personal suitability is highly valued, but we view the following qualifications particularly positively:

  • Experience from practical work, for example within craftsmanship, construction, workshop, or similar fields.
  • Experience from industrial work or similar environments.
  • Education in electrical work, engineering, construction, industry, or similar.
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane license.
