On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Project Manager / Production Developer who wants to take a key role in developing products, processes, and future production as a consultant through Boss Business Partner.

Our client is an established manufacturing company with a strong market position and extensive experience in delivering advanced products to customers, from design and tooling to production and delivery, creating a dynamic environment with great opportunities to make an impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and quoting new projects, as well as leading the work of introducing new products into production. You will drive projects from concept to finished product and ensure that the transition from quotation to production is carried out efficiently and with high quality. The work involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions, where you will become a crucial link between development and production.

You will also be involved in product development, preparation, investments in new equipment, as well as improvement and standardization work within production. The role offers a combination of strategic and operational work, giving you the opportunity to influence the future development of the business.

We are looking for someone with experience in project management within the manufacturing industry and with a good understanding of product development, costing, and production processes. You have a technical education in fields such as mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent. Experience with LEAN, quality work, and industry standards is an advantage.
