About the Role

As Team Leader for Production & Planning, you will have a central role in the business, responsible for coordinating and driving the workflow from order to delivery. You will serve as a key link between customers, suppliers, and production, with significant responsibility for ensuring that operations run efficiently and in a structured manner.

The role is broad and varied. You will work with production planning, preparation, purchasing, order handling, customer support, and delivery planning, while also contributing to the development of routines, documentation, and working methods. You will also provide support to the production team and participate in daily operations when the business requires it.

A key part of the assignment involves creating structure, ensuring that manufacturing data is correct, and contributing to making the company's processes more efficient and less dependent on specific individuals.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from manufacturing industry and thrive in a role where technology, planning, and customer contact meet. You are a person who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and has the ability to drive work forward in a structured way.

You have a technical interest and are comfortable diving into products, drawings, and different manufacturing methods. At the same time, you have a strong service mindset and appreciate contact with both customers and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You work independently when needed but are also a team player who thrives in a smaller organization where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

We would like you to have experience in production planning, preparation, purchasing, or other coordinating roles within the industry. Skills in reading drawings and using business systems are meritorious, as is experience in quality work, documentation, or CE-related matters.

You are computer literate, fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written), and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
