Do you want a key role in ensuring operational reliability, availability, and continuous improvements in one of Sweden's most advanced steel industries? At SSAB Borlänge, we are now looking for a coordinator who wants to help develop the future maintenance operations within our rolling mills.
Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining us on a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the planet's future and sustainability. Steel has been one of the most important materials for our societal development and will remain so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities, and in tomorrow's cars. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high-strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries with the highest greenhouse gas emissions globally. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free steel production process and committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be vital in realizing this goal and contributing to the green transition of the entire steel industry.

- Identify and drive improvement measures for increased operational reliability and availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators within maintenance and contribute to the business's goals.
- Be a key person during planned maintenance shutdowns and contribute to major maintenance projects.
We are looking for someone who has
- A technical high school education in areas such as mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
- Experience in maintenance work within process or manufacturing industries.
- A good understanding of maintenance planning, maintenance technology, and technical facilities.
- Experience working in maintenance systems and administrative tools.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form, which is also a requirement.
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- SAP, IFS, or similar maintenance systems.
