Do you want to work with production technology, Lean, and continuous improvements at some of Sweden's leading industrial companies?

PrimeComp is growing and is now looking for a Production Engineer who wants to become part of our consulting team. Here, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments within energy, the automotive industry, manufacturing, and high-tech production.

As a consultant, you will work closely with production with a focus on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will become a key part of improving production flows, quality, and productivity together with cross-functional teams.

• Provide technical support to production.

• Drive and participate in improvement work according to Lean principles.

• Conduct time studies, production analyses, and line balancing.

• Develop and implement efficient working methods and production processes.

• Participate in or lead smaller production and development projects.

• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and R&D to implement technical solutions.

• Have a university degree or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or similar.

• Have at least 1–2 years of experience from manufacturing industry or production technology.

• Have experience in production development, process improvements, or Lean.

• Are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Lean Production and Continuous Improvement.

• Assembly processes and industrialization.

• MES and ERP systems, such as SAP.

• Maintenance or service technology.
