ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will work with internal production to ensure robust quality processes, lead the development and qualification of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes, and translate customer quality requirements into internal specifications and requirements. Furthermore, you will work with root cause analyses and failure mode effects analyses, perform production inspections, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders in your daily work.

This role requires a high level of responsibility, and it is important that you can drive your work independently. Since you will analyze and assess quality risks that can be critical to the business and our customer's projects, we value that you have a business mindset with the ability to constantly identify improvements in how process steps can be defined and implemented.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Supply Chain, or Electronics.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience from a similar role where you have worked with manufacturing industry, either towards internal production or towards suppliers.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have worked in a similar role with electronics products.
• Have worked within the defense, aviation, space, or medtech industries.
• Previously have worked with and have knowledge of SAP.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current security clearance regulations. For positions where our customer has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

• Scope: Full-time.
• Location: Gothenburg.
• Start: September, considering notice period, up to 3 months.
