Do you want to lead production and contribute to an efficient, safe, and quality-driven operation? We are now looking for a Production Manager for a long-term assignment in Ulricehamn. This role is perfect for you if you thrive leading teams, optimizing processes, and creating the conditions for stable production.
About the roleAs a Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for a department within production, as well as organizing, motivating, and developing employees based on current objectives, policies, and guidelines. As a Production Manager, you will also contribute to the customer's overarching goals regarding safety, quality, productivity, delivery reliability, and compliance with competence requirements. You will actively participate in improvement work and develop working methods.
Together with the Production Director, lead and steer production processes according to standards and set goals in a systematic and efficient manner.
Ensure that production runs optimally, that the final result meets the requirements of the manufacturing documentation and established quality goals.
Set goals for the department on a daily and weekly basis, follow up on set goals, and close production orders according to routine.
Responsible for updating and following up on KPI/OPI continuously.
Coordinate and ensure that the department follows routines regarding 5S and improvement work.
Handle personnel matters continuously according to routines, including employee interviews.
We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and has experience leading people in a production environment. You have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, make decisions, and possess strong communication skills. You enjoy both operational responsibility and working with development issues.

Experience of leadership in production or industrial environments.
Good understanding of production processes and continuous improvement work (e.g., Lean).
Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is advantageous to have technical education, basic blueprint reading skills, or experience in production planning, as well as experience working with quality systems, safety systems, and occupational health and safety issues. A valid driver's license (Category B) is advantageous.
