About the role

As a consultant with us, you will work on-site at one of our clients and become part of their team, contributing together to a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. Depending on your skills and experience, you may work in areas such as:

• 1st line, 2nd line, or 3rd line support
• On-site support and workplace services
• Operations and management of server and infrastructure solutions
• System administration in Windows or Linux environments
• Networking, virtualization, and cloud services
• DevOps, automation, and CI/CD

Tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include troubleshooting, incident management, system administration, automation, implementation of new solutions, as well as development and management of clients' IT infrastructure.

Regardless of the specific role, it is important that you enjoy problem-solving, have a strong technical interest, and want to contribute to high-quality delivery.

We would like you to

• Have several years of work experience in IT support, operations, system administration, infrastructure, or DevOps
• Have experience with one or more technical platforms and tools within Microsoft, Linux, or hybrid environments
• Have a strong technical interest and thrive in troubleshooting, improvement work, and technical development
• Be accustomed to working in a structured manner with a solution-oriented approach
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English

We believe you have competence in some of the following areas

• Windows Server or Linux
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms
• VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies
• SCCM, Intune, or Endpoint Management
• PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting/automation
• Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools
• Networking, firewalls, and security solutions
• SQL or database management
• Monitoring and ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow
