We are now looking for a Service Technician who wants to become an important part of our team and contribute high-quality service and technical expertise to our customers throughout Sweden. We prefer that you are based in Sundsvall, but Stockholm is also a possibility. In this role, you get all of this and more. As part of our service organization, you work independently in the field while maintaining close collaboration with both colleagues and customers.

What are the responsibilities?

You will:

• Install, commission, and perform service on optical gas analysis instruments for our customers.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and operational reliability of installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings in connection with installation and service work.
• Document service activities, work orders, and customer contacts accurately in our CRM systems.
• Support customers on-site through technical advice and ensure a high level of service.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Have a technical background in instrumentation, automation, or electrical power/electrical engineering.
• Have previous experience as a service technician, instrument technician, or in a similar role, or alternatively, are a recent graduate from a relevant technical education such as automation or service engineering.
• Have a good ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Fluently speak Swedish and can communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B) and are comfortable with frequent travel, including overnight stays.
• Work in a structured and meticulous manner with a high sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Are solution-oriented, proactive, and take initiative.
• Have a strong customer focus and thrive in a service-oriented role.

Merits:

• Knowledge in signal processing, data communication, PLC programming, or automation systems.
• Previous experience working with CRM systems.
