About the workplace
The Supported Housing Lissma belongs to the Social Services Department, Adult Section, in Huddinge Municipality. The housing is beautifully located in an older villa in the countryside in Lissma, with the forest as the nearest neighbor. The easiest way to get to the housing is by car; some bus connections are available. Lissma is a housing with 8 places in supported housing and a few more clients in housing outside Lissma.

The target group is men in their upper middle age with a history of harmful use and addiction, but who now strive to make a life change or to achieve a completely drug-free and sober life. Supported Housing Lissma offers a secure housing where clients can work on their life situation and plan for the future.

Lissma Supported Housing is run in a collective spirit where clients are involved in cooking, cleaning, and maintenance of the house and garden, together with the staff.
Working hours consist of both daytime, evening time (until 21:00), and weekends.

Description of duties:
The duties consist of implementing interventions to clients in a methodical and pedagogical manner based on order, implementation plan, and set goals, supporting clients in their daily lives, accompanying them to various meetings, etc., participating in activities and daily chores, and having regular supportive conversations with clients. We also perform sample collections in the form of breath tests and urine sample collections.

All clients have a contact person. The contact person is the spider in the web who is responsible for the overall planning. We work with individual goals and use, among other things, MI to work with clients' motivation to receive support/help and to carry out a change. We focus our work on creating a warm and pleasant environment with participation as a natural part of the work with clients. Lissma Supported Housing should be as home-like an environment as possible. Many clients live at the housing for a longer period.

The work also includes some practical chores both indoors and in the garden outdoors. We use the garden and surroundings for environmental therapeutic purposes and work to offer clients a meaningful existence, among other things, through activities and excursions. The work also includes preparatory work, to prepare the client together with the client to manage a more independent housing in the future.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are trained as a treatment pedagogue/assistant, support pedagogue, housing support worker, or similar, or alternatively have studied other courses or programs that are relevant for the position. Previous experience of working with adults with addiction problems is a requirement for the position. Meritorious if you have previous experience of working with sample collections in the form of breath tests and urine sample collections.

The position includes daily documentation, therefore it is required that you can express yourself well in writing and that you have computer skills. We would like you to have experience of having worked as a contact person and that you have experience of coordinating interventions, planning, and collaborating with other actors.

You should have an easy time creating social contacts and collaborating with others. You are structured and good at motivating and inspiring/engaging others. You need to have a good ability to take initiative and together with the group to plan for the work setup. You need to be flexible and adapt your working methods to the clients' individual needs.

A B driver's license is required, as well as the ability to drive larger vehicles (minibus) and experience of driving automatic cars.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, and interviews will begin after week 33.
