About the role

Cleverex Recruitment is currently looking for a Project Assistant for one of our clients within critical infrastructure. The client is a larger company with operations in several locations across Sweden, working with service, maintenance, and projects.

This is a flexible assignment via Cleverex Recruitment, initially involving approximately 8 hours per week. This role is perfect for students who have at least 1.5 years left of their studies and wish to combine them with a flexible part-time job. The role is broad and involves supporting managers, project managers, and technicians with both administrative and practical tasks.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Assistant, you will support the business wherever needs arise. The majority of the work is administrative, but the role may also involve practical tasks at the office or out in the field.

Examples of tasks include:

• Support managers and project managers in their daily work.
• Compile reports, lists, and follow-ups in Excel.
• Create simple presentations in PowerPoint.
• Work with documentation, copying, sorting, and structuring of materials.
• Follow up on reporting, such as time reporting, internal follow-ups, and status lists.
• Compile information related to risks, incidents, and observations.
• Call customers to convey information.
• Travel to the field when necessary, for example, to inventory materials.
• Provide support for practical needs at the office.

Your profile

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• You have at least 1.5 years left of your university or college education, preferably within energy, electricity, technology, economics, construction, or another relevant field.
• You have good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• You have a B-driver's license and can commute to the office in Kungsbacka.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and have functional knowledge of English.
• You are comfortable speaking on the phone and contacting customers, technicians, and colleagues.
• You can provide a police certificate (background check).

It is meritorious if you have experience in administration, customer contact, follow-up, simple analysis, or working in a project environment. It is also positive if you have an interest in energy, power grids, or critical infrastructure.

As a person, you are social, humble, and self-reliant. You find it easy to connect with others and are not afraid to ask when something is unclear. At the same time, you need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for moving your tasks forward. This role suits you if you have a "doer" attitude, are unpretentious, and are willing to help where needed.
