I am a socially interested and outgoing man, 35+, living in Laholm. My life is moving along – sometimes at a fast pace, sometimes more relaxed – and I am looking for a personal assistant who can keep up with the pace and be my right hand in everyday life.

This is about supporting me where needed: personal care, household chores, activities, and the little things that make life work. In other words, you are not "just" an assistant – you become an important piece of the puzzle in my life.

• My regular assistant is currently on vacation, so I am looking for an assistant to work during weeks 31-33.

The working hours are:

Week 31: Mon 27 July, Sat 1 Aug & Sun 2 Aug

Week 32: Mon 3 Aug, Sat 8 Aug & Sun 9 Aug

Week 33: Mon 10 Aug, Tue 11 Aug & Wed 12 Aug

Each shift is between 08:00-20:00.

• After the summer, there will be a 2-year fixed-term position of 90 hours/month, working only weekdays 08:00-20:00.
• Additionally, I am looking for casual staff who can step in as needed, either during the day 08:00-20:00 or as a night watch 20:00-08:00.

Who are you?

You are confident in yourself, with established daily routines. You like to make a difference – for real – and you have an eye for detail. It is evident that you take responsibility for what you do, and you pick up routines and follow instructions easily without losing your sensitivity and care.

Do you have experience as a personal assistant? Great! Do you not? That is also perfectly fine. The most important thing is that we click as human beings – the rest can be learned.

However, it is certainly an advantage if you have experience with respiratory equipment, cough assist machines, and gastrostomy/PEG/feeding tubes.

You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Having a driver's license is a big plus, as we sometimes use my car, and you would be the driver.
