About the Role

As a Team Leader, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong engagement, you create a good working atmosphere in the team every day. You work during the day, weekends, and evenings.

• Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and scheduling responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several Team Leader colleagues, and you collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and exchange experiences.

• Involvement: As a Team Leader, you report to the Operations Manager and are co-creating in the operations through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Soldalen

Villa Soldalen has 60 apartments spread over two floors and is a new and modern nursing home located in Söndrum, Halmstad. The operations cater to both people with somatic diseases and people with dementia. We offer individual care based on each resident's needs, where activities, social interaction, and meals are important focus areas.

• Activity Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and executes meaningful activities with our residents.

• Dementia Certification: Villa Soldalen is well on its way to becoming a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and interaction via the Dementia Academy. You will also undergo this training.

• Youth Care: We have a collaboration with the company Youth Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Youth Care does various activities together with us who work here, to add a golden touch to the lives of the residents.

• Animals in Care: We work with animals in care here, and we have regular visits from therapy dogs.

Your Experience and Knowledge

You are a certified nurse assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
