About the Position

You will work closely with students, acting as a support for students both in groups and individually to increase goal achievement. Providing social support to students will also be part of your duties.

Mentorship on the Individual Programme (IM) will be a part of the regular duties in this position.

You will also be involved in managing the school's social media, as well as being responsible for recruiting substitutes to ensure the daily operations run smoothly.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education as a social pedagogue or another education that the employer considers equivalent.

You have documented knowledge about youth development and learning, as well as about socially supportive work in a school environment. It is important that you have a good understanding of the school's mission and the role of student health services in promoting student attendance, well-being, and goal achievement.

We are looking for you who have experience in student-oriented work and who are confident in meeting young people both individually and in groups from similar positions. You have previously worked supportively to promote student attendance, well-being, and goal achievement, and have a good ability to build trusting relationships.

You have preferably worked within the Individual Programme (IM) and have experience in mentorship or similar assignments where you have been responsible for students' development and progression.

It is an advantage if you have experience in conducting absence investigations at the upper secondary level, as well as actively working with school attendance from a structured and preventive perspective.

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience using social media in school activities, for example, to strengthen communication, participation, and school community.

Experience working as a substitute in a school environment is also seen as an asset.

Class B driver's license.

You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good digital competence, where you can use digital tools as support in your work.

About the Employment

Salary range: 30,850 – 45,725 SEK, the salary is influenced by experience and competence.

Interviews will take place starting during week 32.
