Do you want to help develop the future of laboratory diagnostics in an entrepreneurial company with strong growth? XboXLab is now looking for a sales professional with experience from Life Science who wants to take responsibility for supplier relations, product portfolios, and customer dialogues.

You will work with the entire sales cycle – from supplier contact and product introduction to customer visits, tenders, and follow-up. The role involves significant independent responsibility, close collaboration with colleagues, and the opportunity to influence both business and strategy.

XboXLab is a Nordic supplier of laboratory products with operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The company is part of the European network Sanviva. XboXLab offers products within most of the various laboratory disciplines, both within clinical diagnostics and research, as well as within the pharmaceutical industry.

Since our founding in 2016, we have grown from 0 to 45 MSEK in revenue – and we aim to double this in the coming years.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for specific suppliers and their products
  • Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and product training
  • Write and manage tenders together with suppliers
  • Build long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Contribute to business development and identify new agencies

Who are we looking for?

Must-haves:

  • Ability to work independently, plan your own activities, and take responsibility for results, customer follow-up, and business development
  • Ability to collaborate without hierarchy with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • Social competence and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and ability to travel for work
  • Interest in technical products, laboratory solutions, and medical equipment, as well as a willingness to learn new product areas
  • Commercial understanding and ability to build long-term relationships in complex sales processes

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in selling laboratory instruments, diagnostic products, consumables, medical technology, or equipment to healthcare and laboratories
  • Experience or background from a laboratory environment
  • Experience with public procurement, tenders, and customer dialogue with hospitals or regions
  • Experience from distribution, agencies, supplier responsibility, or international supplier relations
  • Experience in introducing new products or building a new customer segment

Location & Travel

You work from a home office based in your place of residence. Travel is involved, primarily to customers, trade shows, and suppliers – approx. 25–30 overnight stays per year.
