Do you want to work in a key administrative role with a leading player in the defense industry? We are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator who wants to contribute to a well-functioning purchasing operation and support both managers and employees in their daily work.

About the Role

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will support the purchasing unit with administrative tasks and coordination. You will work closely with the operation's managers and employees, as well as collaborate with administrative resources at other locations. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in a busy environment where you take responsibility while contributing to creating structure and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to managers and employees in the purchasing function
  • Handle travel administration and bookings
  • Coordinate meetings, activities, and events
  • Handle invoice approvals
  • Work with time management and follow-up
  • Handle orders and administration related to purchasing
  • Document management and archiving
  • Ensure that administrative processes function efficiently

Who are you?

You are a positive and service-oriented person who enjoys collaborating with others. You have a good ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for your work. Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. You are unpretentious, helpful, and actively contribute to good collaboration.

Competency Requirements

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Good Swedish and English skills in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Swedish citizenship
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

The position may require you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
