The Security Company Amf4 is growing and has expanded tasks that extend across large parts of the country. Therefore, we are now looking for tactical and specialist officers for platoon leader positions. As a platoon leader, you will be the commander with personnel responsibility (CPA) over guard commanders and operational commanders who are specialist officers, as well as approximately 30 soldiers (GSS/K).

The company's main tasks are to protect and guard the Gothenburg garrison, the Skredsvik base, as well as external security objects along the west coast. The company also handles tasks such as transport protection, ad-hoc security duties, CUAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems), military police service, staffing assignments, as well as training and development of its own personnel.

The Security Company is also tasked with forming a security battalion for the wartime organization. The security battalion's duties include, among other things, monitoring, guarding, or protecting temporary base areas, as well as conducting escorts. This involves extensive work with annually planning and conducting wartime unit courses, special officer training, and wartime unit exercises.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Tactical Officer minimum OF1 or Specialist Officer minimum OR6
• Category B Driver's License
• Good proficiency in ground combat service.

As an officer at the Security Company, high demands are placed on personal maturity and good social competence. You should find it easy to handle new people, be outgoing, and have an eye for detail. You should also be stress-resistant, able to change pace, and act decisively under your own responsibility if the situation requires it. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Other Information

Employment type: Full-time 100% according to the Officers Ordinance with a probation period of 6 months. Individual salary setting applies.

Work location: Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg. Travel and evening/weekend duty occur.
