We are looking for an engaged and professional job coach/supervisor for our operations within Rusta och Matcha in Västerås. In this role, you will support job seekers in finding employment or education through structured coaching, guidance, and matching.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching and guidance for participants in Rusta och Matcha.
• Assessment of participants' skills, experience, and goals.
• Creation, implementation, and follow-up of individual action plans.
• Matching participants with jobs, internships, or studies.
• Networking with employers and collaboration partners in Södertälje and surrounding areas.
• Documentation and reporting in accordance with the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements.
• Working towards set goals and results.

Qualifications – Mandatory Requirements per the Swedish Public Employment Service

To be considered for this position, you must meet all requirements:

• Post-secondary or university education of at least 180 higher education credits.
• At least 2 years of documented work experience.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Rusta och Matcha or other labor market initiatives.
• Experience in coaching, matching, or recruitment.
• Multilingualism.
• Local knowledge and network among employers in the region.
