Kunskapsskolan Nacka is expanding and looking for more staff

Kunskapsskolan Nacka is growing, and from autumn 2025 we will be a comprehensive school (grades F-9). Do you want to help develop our new school? Then we have the job for you! We are looking for a certified teacher for grades F-6 or possibly F-3. We would prefer that you have broad subject qualifications, and preferably also in music, physical education, and crafts.

At Kunskapsskolan, we have a pedagogy that is personally designed and based on the individual. Through our working method, we create close relationships between staff and students, which provides the conditions for every student to achieve further than they themselves believe is possible. In an environment where the student can be themselves and receives the right support and challenges, we create a school where both students and staff thrive and develop.

As a staff member at Kunskapsskolan, you are never alone with challenges and questions. We help each other plan work in working groups and subject groups. There is great openness among staff, and we share a common responsibility for ensuring all students succeed.

Kunskapsskolan Nacka is a primary school for grades 6–9 and currently has approximately 350 students. The school was founded in 2001 and has happy staff, students, and guardians. The school is located in Finntorp, Nacka, near Sickla and Nacka Forum, with good transport connections from both Slussen and Värmdö.

Qualifications that are an advantage

We would prefer that you have a few years of experience in teaching and mentoring. We want you to be easy to collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians, as well as solution-focused and structured.

We place great value on your commitment, your pedagogical competence, and your ability to build relationships. We want you to be a stable and secure person who can build trust with students and has an interest in teaching within our pedagogical model.

Job Description

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) position starting in autumn 2026.
