Fryshuset IF is now looking for a Senior Muay Thai Coach starting in the autumn semester of 2026.

About the Role

As a senior coach, you play a central role in developing our Muay Thai activities together with the operations manager. You are responsible for leading training sessions at a high technical level, supporting and developing junior coaches, and contributing to strengthening the organization's structure and quality.

You work both operationally within the training activities and as a key cultural ambassador, ensuring that our training is characterized by safety, respect, and community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Muay Thai training sessions for various levels
• Act as a mentor and support for other coaches
• Contribute to the development of training programs and operations
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional training environment
• Represent Fryshuset IF's values in all activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in Muay Thai, preferably at an advanced level
• Has previous experience as a coach and leader
• Is pedagogical, structured, and inspiring
• Is strongly committed to children, youth, and club life
• Is passionate about developing both individuals and the organization

Experience in coaching education or building operations is a plus.

About the Engagement

The role is fee-based and conducted on a contract basis. Scope and hours are planned in dialogue.
