Ellen Key School is looking for an engaged teacher in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology.

We are currently seeking a certified teacher in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology.
Workplace Description
Ellen Key School is a Waldorf school catering to students from preschool class to grade 9. The school is located in Bromsten/Spånga, surrounded by forested areas. The school is run as a non-profit foundation, and the atmosphere is experienced as safe and family-like. Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and technology. You have a good ability to organize and structure, as well as drive and take responsibility for the development of your students, teaching, and operations. You always have a respectful attitude towards people's differences and share society's and the school's value base. You are receptive and flexible and feel a great responsibility for your students and operations.
Qualifications:
You are a certified teacher and qualified to teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, and technology. You have good experience teaching mathematics, physics, and chemistry for grades 7-9. You have experience with or an interest in Waldorf pedagogy. You are passionate about teaching and put the student at the center. You have a professional approach, are creative, flexible, and have clear leadership in your interactions with students. Your teaching is based on science and proven experience. You can see students' different needs and, with good pedagogical insight, support them in reaching as far as possible. You have experience with students who challenge in different ways and adapt your teaching so that all students receive guidance and stimulation. In your work, you are clear and structured. You create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. At our workplace, clarity and low-affective handling are important. You act independently while also valuing good cooperation.
You are solution-oriented and dare to think outside the box. You will be part of a work team where there are demands for good cooperation and working without hierarchy for the students' best interests. You have a good ability to establish good contacts with colleagues, guardians, and external contacts.
