We are looking for casual staff for our LSS (Support and Service to Persons with Certain Disabilities) operations in Northern Stockholm, located in Rotebro, Sigtuna, and Åkersberga. As a casual employee, you can work in one or more of our facilities based on operational needs and your availability.
Our operations are conducted according to LSS regulations and serve individuals with various disabilities and individual support needs. As an employee, you provide support in daily life based on each individual's conditions and implementation plans. Tasks may include pedagogical support, social support, communication, documentation, some nursing care, and motivational efforts to create a safe, meaningful, and independent daily life.
Our facilities differ in target group, working methods, and support needs. This means that tasks and challenges vary between facilities, and certain duties may occur at some units but not others. What all facilities have in common is that we work with professional interaction, a salutogenic approach, clear communication pedagogy, and low-affective interaction with the individual's needs in focus.

About the Role of Housing Support WorkerAs a housing support worker, you will work to offer a safe, meaningful, and predictable daily life for the people living with us. The work is based on the individual's needs, implementation plan, and conditions, with the goal of strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life.
We work purposefully based on the assignment and have a professional and salutogenic approach. Our work is characterized by low-affective interaction, clear communication pedagogy, and close collaboration with colleagues and other professions.
As a casual employee, you will have the opportunity to work in one or more of our facilities within the geographical area based on operational needs and your availability.
QualificationsYou are relationship-building, calm, stable, and able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a listening manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
Since our facilities differ, we are looking for someone who is flexible and confident in meeting different individuals and work situations.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
- Experience with or knowledge of the target group within LSS.
- Upper secondary education, for example, the Child and Youth Program or the Care and Health Program, or alternatively post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other relevant education.
- Experience in psychiatry.
- Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
- Experience with low-affective interaction.

Employment TermsEmployment Type: Casual employment as needed.
Hours of Work: As needed.
Working Hours: Rolling schedule where day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call duties may occur.
Start Date: By agreement.
Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements to Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
