ICA Store Consultant develops and delivers services to Maxi, Kvantum, Supermarket, and Nära, focusing on customer needs and store profitability. We are now looking for a Sales and Operations Consultant with a focus on Food and Restaurant who wants to help develop the future meal business in stores.

About the role of Sales and Operations Consultant

You support ICA retailers and internal interfaces on a consulting basis in their journey toward a more efficient and profitable store, with a special focus on food, meals, and restaurant offerings. You are responsible for sales, delivery, and competence development, ensuring that the store's offerings within ready-to-eat meals, manual counters, and meal solutions are relevant, inspiring, and profitable.

You have personal responsibility for sales, delivery, and your own competence development. The role is monitored based on the impact created in the store, store satisfaction, and economic results.

You are part of a regional team with broad expertise, collaborating with colleagues in areas such as profitable sales, leading store operations, staffing, and system support. Together, you contribute to developing ICA stores' business and profitability.

What you will do

In this role, you work closely with store teams to develop and optimize the food and restaurant business. You drive operational improvements, develop assortments and concepts based on customer needs and profitability, and coach and train employees and leaders in the store. You are an active part of a regional team where you contribute together with analysis, benchmarking, operational coaching, and the development of efficient working methods. You are evaluated on store results, customer satisfaction, and economic impact.

Location

The primary location is Region South, but your primary working time will be spent in our stores. A company car is available.

Employment type

Permanent position with a six-month probation period. Start date by agreement.
