About the role

As a Sea Export Forwarder, you handle and coordinate export cases within sea freight. You are responsible for driving your assignments forward, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that customers' transports are handled correctly from start to finish.

The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you work closely with colleagues, customers, shipping lines, and other partners. You will handle varying export flows, including more complex customer setups and transports where experience, prioritization skills, and attention to detail are key success factors.

You will become part of a team consisting of a branch manager, team lead, three colleagues in export, and one colleague in import. The team is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a shared responsibility to deliver high quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle and coordinate sea export bookings from start to finish
Ensure correct documentation and follow-up in the export flow
Work with reefers and more complex customer setups
Maintain ongoing contact with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal functions
Prioritize and drive cases forward in a high-tempo environment
Ensure deadlines are met and customer needs are handled professionally
Work in CargoWise 1 as well as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
Contribute to good collaboration and an efficient daily routine in the team

We are looking for you who

Have at least 3 years of experience in sea forwarding, with clear experience in sea export
Are confident in the export flow and used to driving cases forward independently
Have experience with reefers and preferably more complex customer setups
Are used to working in a high tempo and can prioritize when several cases are ongoing in parallel
Are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
Are a team player who thrives in a team where people help each other
Have good system proficiency, preferably from CargoWise 1
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

You are used to working closely with the customer, have a good understanding of what is required in international transport flows, and take responsibility for ensuring your assignments maintain quality throughout.

About the employment

This is a consultancy assignment with a large international logistics company located in Landskrona. The assignment initially runs until the end of September, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for extension as the business has a clear ambition to grow.

Scope: Full-time until September, with possibility of extension
Start: Immediately, preferably as soon as possible
Location: Landskrona
