At Gigstep, we are currently looking for a telemarketing sales representative for one of our clients in Lund. You will become part of a small, engaged team that is on an exciting growth journey. The assignment begins as a six-month consultancy position with very good opportunities for direct employment with the client afterwards.

In this role, you will contact private customers via outgoing calls and help them find the right electricity supply contract based on their needs. You are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closing – and work towards clear goals in an environment where quality and results go hand in hand.

• Contact private customers via outgoing phone calls

• Present and sell electricity supply contracts

• Identify customer needs and handle objections

• Work towards individual sales targets

• Document customer interactions in the CRM system

• Participate in coaching, sales meetings, and team development

• Have experience in telemarketing or other outbound sales

• Enjoy working towards clear goals and are driven by creating results

• Are communicative and quickly build trust over the phone

• Have good computer skills and experience with CRM systems

• Speak and write Swedish fluently

It is an advantage if you have experience in sales within electricity supply, telecommunications, or other subscription-based services.

You are a positive and goal-oriented person who is motivated by sales and enjoys working at a fast pace. You are attentive, confident in customer interactions, and see every call as an opportunity to create value – both for the customer and the business.
