About the Role

Do you want to work in a sales role where every call makes a difference? In this role, you will become an important part of a growing team working on selling electricity trading agreements to private customers. You meet customers directly via phone, identify their needs, and help them find relevant solutions in a market where clarity, trust, and business acumen are crucial.

Responsibilities
  • You contact private customers through outgoing phone calls and drive the sale of electricity trading agreements.
  • You identify the customer's needs and present relevant offers in a clear and trustworthy manner.
  • You actively work with objection handling and create business opportunities in every customer dialogue.
  • You are responsible for achieving set goals within sales, conversion, and quality.
  • You document customer dialogues and sales activities in CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • You contribute to the team's development by sharing experiences and working according to established sales processes.
  • You ensure that sales are conducted according to current regulations and internal guidelines.
  • You actively participate in coaching, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
Requirements
  • You have documented experience in telemarketing or other proactive sales.
  • You are accustomed to working towards individual sales goals.
  • You have experience with CRM systems and digital work tools.
  • You have good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
  • You have good communication skills in English.
  • You have the ability to build trust and drive business via phone.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have experience in sales within electricity trading, telecommunications, or subscription-based services.
  • You have experience with outbound telemarketing.
  • You can demonstrate good sales results.
  • You have experience with objection handling and closing techniques.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on activity and results.
