Your new role
On behalf of a well-respected player in the energy industry, we are now looking for an engaged salesperson to join a growing telemarketing team in Lund. Here you will work in a professional sales environment with a fixed base salary combined with an attractive commission model – meaning you have great opportunities to influence your own income!
As a salesperson, you contact private customers via phone and help them find electricity trading agreements that suit their needs. By asking the right questions, building trust, and presenting attractive solutions, you create long-term customer relationships and successful deals.
You will become part of an engaged team that currently consists of five people and will soon grow to 7–8 colleagues. Here you work together towards common goals while having the opportunity to develop and achieve your own.
Your responsibilities
Contact private customers via outgoing phone calls.
Identify customers' needs and present relevant offers.
Handle objections and create business through professional sales dialogues.
Work towards individual goals within sales, quality, and conversion.
Document customer dialogues in the CRM system.
Participate in coaching, sales meetings, and the development of the team's working methods.
Ensure that sales are conducted in accordance with current regulations and internal guidelines.

End: The assignment starts as a consulting assignment, but the ambition is for you to become part of the client's organization after 6 months.

To be successful in this role you need
Documented experience of telemarketing or other outbound sales.
Good habit of working towards individual sales goals.
Experience with CRM systems and digital work tools.
Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
Ability to build trust and drive business via phone.
Meritorious: Experience of sales within electricity trading, telecommunications, or subscription-based services.
Meritorious: Experience of outbound telemarketing
