About Kraftplan

Kraftplan is a knowledge-intensive development partner within HR, leadership, and organizational development. Since 2014, we have supported managers, executive teams, and organizations with recruitment, leadership development, HR support, change management, and business development. We work from the conviction that organizations need balance, interaction, and clear direction to be sustainable over time.

We currently have about 17 employees and continue to grow together with our customers in Dalarna, Gävleborg, the Mälardalen region, and the rest of Sweden.

About the Role

As a Business Developer at our company, you work closely with our clients to develop their organization, leadership, and ways of working. You become an important advisor and partner who helps businesses move from strategy to implementation.

Depending on your experience and profile, assignments may include business and organizational development, strategic work and change management, development of executive teams, leadership development, workplace environment assessments, analyses and investigations, as well as support for managers and leaders in development and change work. You will work both independently and together with colleagues on assignments where high quality, customer benefit, and long-term relationships are in focus.

We are looking for you who

We believe you have experience driving development and change work in complex organizations and that you thrive in the role of supervisor and educator. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• An academic education in areas such as business development, organization, HR, leadership, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in business development, change management, or organizational development.
• A good understanding of leadership, culture, and organizational processes.
• The ability to build trust with managers, executive teams, and employees.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
• Good experience leading workshops and development initiatives.
• Experience from consultancy work and/or previous work in a leadership position is meritorious. A driver's license is required.

Location

Location in Västerås or as agreed. Travel within Västmanland, Dalarna, and sometimes the rest of Sweden occurs.
