Your Responsibilities

Your main task will be to work with planning, teaching, supervision, and values-based work based on the curriculum (LGR22). However, being a teacher today involves much more. Teaching means constantly developing new working methods based on the students you meet. It involves capturing students' interests and creating fun and challenging lessons. You also document student learning to enable them to reach their goals. In addition to the pedagogical work, you engage in student health work to ensure that students feel well and safe at school.

Your Qualifications

You are a certified teacher in primary school with a focus on grades 7–9. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership and actively use digital tools in the classroom. As a person, you build trust, serve as a role model, and establish relationships with students and their guardians. Collaboration is second nature to you, both in planning and in sharing knowledge and experiences.

Recruitment Process

We have a central and common recruitment process for teachers in primary school. This means that we interview and appoint our positions continuously based on the schools' needs. We update the advertisement continuously with vacant positions. You will naturally have the opportunity to request specific schools when you submit your application. If you proceed after a possible interview, you will have the opportunity to visit selected schools based on current needs.

If you are not a trained teacher, your application may be forwarded to principals who have temporary positions available.

If you currently work as a teacher at our schools but are interested in changing units, you need to apply here. However, you will not need to go through all stages of the recruitment process.

Other Information

Before you can be employed, we conduct a background check, and you need to present a clean criminal record extract from the police.

During the interview, you will need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of registration together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
