At our school, you will teach in a completely new school environment where you will have the opportunity to help build working methods, culture, and teaching from the ground up. Persboskolan 7–9 is now looking for a teacher in Mathematics and Natural Sciences who wants to combine secure structure with creative teaching and close collaboration with engaged colleagues.

Your responsibilities

As a teacher in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, you will teach students in grades 7-9. You will conduct modern and creative teaching, finding strategies to reach every student and strengthen their development both academically and socially. Your duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work together with your colleagues based on the school's guidelines and the students' needs.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach Mathematics and Natural Sciences in grades 7 to 9. Experience from primary school teaching and previous work as a teacher in Mathematics and Natural Sciences is an advantage. Your ability to collaborate is excellent, and you listen and communicate clearly. You inspire and engage students and meet them based on their individual prerequisites.

As you are an important role model for our students, it is important that you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. You have a deep understanding of how students absorb knowledge and adapt your teaching methods. With great enthusiasm for your subject, you awaken students' curiosity and can make complex concepts understandable. You are curious, driven, and enjoy tackling the challenges you face. To enable you to perform your work in the best possible way, we place great emphasis on development and collegial learning. Our school is permeated by a team spirit among colleagues, and we collaborate extensively both within and between subjects.

We offer

Persboskolan is a primary school in Skultuna with grades 4-9. Approximately 355 students attend the school, and we are about 40 engaged employees who work closely together in various teams.
