For 25 years, Gryning has offered residential care (HVB) and open care for children, young people, and families, emergency and foster homes, addiction care, supported apartments, interventions against honor-related violence and oppression, as well as LSS housing. We offer counseling and education and assist with placements. Gryning is owned by the municipalities in Västra Götaland through four municipal associations.

Claesborg is an LSS housing facility for young people aged 11–21 with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and social challenges. At our facility, we work to give young people the opportunity to develop their own abilities, take more responsibility for their actions, and show more respect towards others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the role entail?

As an employee at Claesborg, you will help run a business that gives people the opportunity to grow. Our primary task is to support each individual young person based on their age and ability, and to provide support for young people to develop their skills. As a Residential Secretary, you are responsible for, together with the young people, drawing up implementation plans. You are also responsible for documentation in accordance with current laws. Care and nursing are also naturally part of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for you who want to work in a developing organization. You have a relevant university degree, for example as a social worker, social pedagogue, social psychologist, or behavioral scientist. You have previous experience working with young people with special needs. As a person, you are clear, calm, and have the ability for self-reflection. The position involves travel, so a driver's license is a prerequisite. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
