About the assignment

At Novare Staffing, we are a proud and approved supplier for the Swedish state framework agreement. We now have an open position for you who have previous experience in the service industry. You will work in the conference department at the relevant authority. We would like you to have good technical competence to feel comfortable in your role as a conference host. The tasks are generally varied and consist entirely of ensuring that everything is in place before conferences at the authority. This may include, among other things, refilling materials, copying, dishwashing, some cleaning, technical assistance, serving coffee and lunch, and detailed planning regarding the execution of conferences.

For this role, we are looking for you who have a good sense of service. You are communicative, structured, and meticulous. Furthermore, we see that you thrive in a role with multiple contact points.

Requirements for the position

• at least three (3) years of work experience as a conference host
• Category B driver's license
• basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• basic knowledge of case management systems
• experience working with video conferencing equipment
• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• basic knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time during office hours and runs from 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31, with a chance of extension. The location is at the authority in Sundbyberg.
