Head Waiter for Skåvsjöholm – Leadership, Service, and World-Class Events

Do you have a passion for service, love being where the action is, and thrive leading a team from the floor? Then you could be the Head Waiter we are looking for at Skåvsjöholm.

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter who wants to be a key figure in the restaurant and conference operations. Here, no day is like the other – from business lunches and conferences to weddings, parties, and large dinners where every detail counts.

About the Role

As a Head Waiter, you are a natural leader in the operations. You plan, distribute, and lead the work during service, while also being present among the guests yourself. You ensure that both guests and employees receive a top-class experience.

Part of the role involves working with the banquet hall and larger arrangements, which means we are looking for someone with experience leading service at weddings, banquets, and other events.

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar leadership role.
• Are confident in leading service in both the restaurant and the banquet hall.
• Are self-reliant, proactive, and take responsibility for the whole.
• Have an eye for detail and a high sense of hospitality.
• Enjoy a fast pace and varying workdays.
• Are a team player who inspires and develops your colleagues.
• Speak fluent Swedish and also English.

You are offered a lovely archipelago environment, friendly colleagues, and a secure working environment with a collective agreement. The position is a permanent full-time role (100%), with a 6-month probation period. Working hours vary, including daytime, evening, and weekends.

Since Skåvsjöholm is located in a rural area with limited access to public transport, you must have a driver's license and access to a car.
