We are now looking for you who want to work as a dishwasher in school kitchens. It's a role where you become an important part of daily life for both students and staff at schools and preschools.

As a dishwasher, you ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You handle dishwashing, keep things clean, and help out wherever needed. This is a great job for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to good teamwork in the kitchen.

Pamoja is Sweden's largest provider of substitutes for schools. We have agreements with many schools and offer a wide variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you will be assigned will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage your job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when needed – before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement and of course receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do you need to know?

• You must have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You need at least 6 months of experience working as a dishwasher in large kitchens at schools, preschools, or restaurants, along with knowledge of safety regulations and hygiene rules applicable in school kitchens.
• You are ready to take responsibility and initiative, and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you must be prepared to work the hours you commit to.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (if you're a student, at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your work!
