Scope: Part-time, 60 %, with the possibility of full-time. Your schedule follows the store's opening hours, and working every other Saturday is included. Location: Stockholm City. You are based at the office (not a hybrid role). Start date: August/September. Employment type: Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Bar & Event Manager, you will become an important part of the operations, responsible for the daily management of the store's bar and lounge areas, as well as the planning, preparation, and execution of the store's events. You play a central role in ensuring a first-class experience for both customers and guests. You work closely with the store team, the marketing department, and external suppliers to create a professional and welcoming environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the store's bar and lounge areas.
• Ensure that bar and serving areas always maintain the highest standards.
• Handle orders for beverages, confectionery, and consumable materials.
• Plan and prepare events together with the marketing department.
• Ensure that event areas are prepared before, during, and after each event.
• Welcome guests and act as host or hostess at store events.
• Work proactively to develop routines and working methods regarding the bar and events.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Experience from the hotel, bar, or restaurant industry.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from the premium or luxury segment is an advantage.
