We are a sushi business focused on quality, fresh ingredients, and authentic Japanese cooking techniques. We are now looking for an experienced and engaged sushi chef who wants to become part of our team and contribute to further developing our restaurant.
Job Responsibilities
As a sushi chef with us, you will:
- Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
- Ensure the highest quality and follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with the kitchen team
- Participate in the development of new dishes and menus
- Be responsible for cleaning, tidying, and dishwashing
Your Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of sushi and Japanese cooking
- Accustomed to working at a fast pace
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
