The Hairy Pig Restaurant is located in the heart of Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Our specialty is game-inspired dishes, such as wild boar sausage, wild boar meatballs, wild boar burgers, and much more. We carefully select high-quality ingredients to create dishes influenced by both Scandinavian and Spanish cuisine.
We have extensive training and experience within the restaurant industry.
The Hairy Pig Restaurant is now looking for a driven chef who wants to start or develop their skills and experience in a professional kitchen.
The position involves significant responsibility. Your tasks include preparing, presenting, and decorating starters, main courses, and desserts à la minute. You will also be responsible for organizing and handling food according to HACCP standards, as well as ensuring high hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
