The position is a permanent employment with salary according to agreement and start date according to agreement. About the position:

We are currently looking for a Breakfast Host/Hostess for a 75% position. Working hours are scheduled for the morning, with early starts, typically between 06:00 and 12:30 (with a 30-minute break).

In the role of Breakfast Host/Hostess, you will work within one or several areas of responsibility, all contributing to the guest's overall experience. We are looking for someone who is a morning person, service-oriented, and always puts the guests first. Here, you will have significant autonomy to make the decisions required to ensure guest satisfaction. We are convinced that it is when you are allowed to develop and contribute with all your competence and experience that we exceed guest expectations.

You will be responsible for serving our breakfast. We offer buffet service, but a large part of the experience takes place at the table, such as drink orders and any special requests.

The other duties include:

• Mise en place before the workday begins
• Give guests a warm welcome
• Serving and clearing tables
• Resetting tables efficiently during service
• Preparing for the upcoming day
• Setting up and preparing the dining room for the next service

Who are you?

• You work efficiently with the ability to prioritize tasks based on different situations. You are also interested in constantly learning more.
• You have some prior experience from the industry and can handle both tray service and carrying plates efficiently.
• You are self-motivated, structured, and full of energy.
• You possess high social competence and are passionate about providing our guests with fantastic service.
• You speak Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are an asset.
