Birka Gotland is the Baltic Sea’s new entertainment cruise ship, offering recreation and experiences for leisure travelers. The vessel is operated by Gotland Alandia Cruises, established in 2023 as a joint venture between ferry companies Viking Line and Gotlandsbolaget. Birka Gotland offers cruises and regular routes between Stockholm, Mariehamn, and Visby starting from spring 2024.

Working as a temporary crew member on Birka Gotland:

• A work shift onboard consists of 1 to 14 consecutive cruises.
• We offer scheduling based on operational needs, both with short notice and ample advance planning.
• Safety duties are included in all roles.
• Work uniforms and all meals onboard are provided. You will have your own cabin, plus access to the crew gym and sauna.

Catering Host – Duties vary and include buffet preparation and maintenance, cash register operations, dishwashing, restaurant cleaning, serving food, as well as setting and clearing tables. Knowledge of basic conference technology is a plus.
