Our Italian restaurant is looking for several friendly servers who can deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu and daily specials. As a server, you will be responsible for taking customers' food and drink orders and ensuring they are delivered to the right tables promptly. We prefer candidates with prior experience in a popular restaurant setting and a strong motivation to provide outstanding service. We look forward to receiving your application!
Your main responsibilities include:
Taking customers' food and drink orders
Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered to the table on time
Suggesting appetizers, menu items, and daily specials to guests
Collaborating closely with the restaurant manager to promptly address customer inquiries and create a pleasant dining experience
Communicating with the kitchen and bar staff when order clarifications are needed
Setting tables and rearranging furniture to accommodate larger parties
Assisting with guest check-in and check-out at our hotel
