Restaurant Assistant/Surfers wanted for Hawaii Poké Barkarby! We are looking for part-time employees.

About the Job

Since 2016, we at Hawaii Poké have been dedicated to providing our customers with healthy and delicious food made with fresh ingredients, inspired by Hawaiian and Japanese culinary cultures. Hawaii Poké continues to grow every day, and we are now looking for new "Surfers" for our existing and upcoming locations.

Do you have experience in restaurants, fast-food chains, or large-scale kitchens, or simply a great passion for food? Are you eager to work in a service role characterized by a fast pace, team spirit, and a love for customer service? Then you are the right person for us!

As a person, you should be service-minded, motivated, and have good teamwork skills. You should be interested in healthy and fresh food, be stress-resistant, and have a strong work ethic. It is important that you are a team player with a cheerful disposition.

About the Role

In the role of a Surfer, you are responsible for food preparation and sales with excellent service. The position also includes kitchen duties such as cleaning, dishwashing, unpacking, and restocking products.

If you have the drive and ability to advance and mentor others, there are great opportunities for growth within the company. Through our internal training and additional coaching, you can expand your responsibilities over time, gaining more influence and the ability to impact the restaurant's daily operations.

Salary: Hourly wage. We follow collective agreements and offer shift allowances (OB).
