We are now looking for chefs and kitchen assistants for Restaurang Veroni

About the role:

Best Western Plus Hotel Kungens Kurva is a newly built 4-star hotel with high quality standards and a strong character. Opened in November 2023, the hotel features 91 cozy rooms of varying sizes and the Italian restaurant Veroni. Here, we serve both lunch and dinner to hotel guests, passers-by, as well as booked groups.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious Italian cuisine.
• Kitchen prep, cooking, as well as dishwashing and cleaning.
• Serve lunch and dinner to our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and safe according to established routines.
• Engage in guest hospitality while working in an open kitchen concept.

About you:

• Experience from professional kitchens, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine.
• No ego and understanding that all tasks in the kitchen are part of the role, including dishwashing and cleaning.
• Creativity, speed, and a genuine passion for cooking.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Italian language skills are a plus.

Previous experience from cold kitchen, hot kitchen, breakfast service, and à la carte is a bonus.

About the job:

The workplace operates under collective agreements according to Visita-Unionen and Visita-HRF. The position involves working on weekdays and weekends. We are looking for candidates interested in full-time, part-time, or as-needed positions.
