We are building something extraordinary: a brand-new Aspire Lounge at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We are now looking for Lounge Agents who want to be involved from the start and help create a first-class guest experience in an international and dynamic environment.

We are now establishing Aspire Lounges in Sweden for the first time and building operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

As a Lounge Agent, you are a central part of the guest experience in the lounge. You welcome travelers from all over the world and ensure they feel welcomed, seen, and cared for from the very first moment.

The role is operational and present. You work closely with both guests and colleagues, contributing to maintaining a high service level throughout the day. Tasks vary and may include welcoming guests, managing entry, serving food and drinks, replenishing the buffet, and ensuring the lounge is pleasant, clean, and well-organized.

You are a key part of the team and collaborate closely with other Lounge Agents and Supervisors to create a smooth flow and a positive atmosphere in the lounge.

In this role, you are responsible for providing guests with a professional and warm service experience throughout their stay in the lounge. You ensure that the lounge always maintains high standards regarding service, order, hygiene, and atmosphere.

You assist guests with questions, guide them through the lounge, and ensure that food, drinks, and common areas meet the required quality standards. You follow established routines for safety, hygiene, and service, actively contributing to creating a safe and welcoming environment for both business and leisure travelers.

Requirements

• Experience in service, customer interaction, or a similar role

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Ability to work in a structured manner even during high-tempo periods

• Service-oriented, responsible, and team-spirited

• Approved for security clearance for airport work

• Basic computer skills

Experience from hotels, restaurants, lounges, airports, or other premium services is a plus, but your attitude, engagement, and willingness to create a great experience for the guest are the most important factors.

You will have the opportunity to be involved from the start in the development of a completely new lounge operation in Sweden. Together with a dedicated team and with support from Swissport’s international organization, you will help create a workplace where quality, collaboration, and development are in focus.

Please note that employment requires a passed security clearance. A probationary period may apply.

Immediate start for the role, and you are expected to be able to work throughout the entire startup phase for the new lounges.
