About the Role

As the Catering Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, quality, and development of our catering business. You lead and support the team while planning production and ensuring that our products maintain high quality.

You work closely with both customers and colleagues, focusing on sales, profitability, and customer experience. Together, you create buffets, party platters, and meal solutions characterized by quality and care.

You are structured, responsible, and confident in your leadership. You are digitally savvy and comfortable working with digital systems for planning and administration. We would like you to have

• Experience in catering, cold kitchens, or restaurant kitchens.
• Experience from grocery retail, preferably within ICA or another food retail chain.
• Good knowledge of cooking, ingredients, and food hygiene.
• Understanding of sales, operations, and profitability.
• Experience with costing, recipes, and production planning.
• Ability to create engagement and structure together with others.

Experience in team leadership is an advantage. Knowledge of AoB, StoreOffice, or Min Butik is also a plus. We place great emphasis on your attitude, your ability to collaborate, and your desire to develop.

About the Employment

The position is full-time and permanent, with a six-month probation period.

Desired start date: September 14 (subject to agreement).

Working hours are varied and include day, evening, and weekend work. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
